Refunds and Returns Policy
General Refunds and Returns Policy
Doglasses commitment to provide a full refund service within 20 days of delivery (as the invoice date) lenses or frames require special customization, 30 days for return 40 days for exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and accessories of Doglasses.
1. As the specificity of goods, such as subscription for non-free lens we only refund the money of frame and deduct the lens price.
2. Before you make the payment please make sure your prescription information is correct. Because of users’ wrong filling of prescriptions for personal reasons result our process error we will only withdraw the money of frame.
3. After payment the system will automatically generate orders, we will timely process then sent your order. If you want to replace the product, please contact our customer service within 30 minutes of payment, thus we can process your order better, otherwise we will be treated the order as the correct order.
4. If the customer doubt the quality of the goods (spectacles degrees) when using, please issue a written appraisal we will solve it in accordance with national law.
5. Pictures and information are only for reference will not regard as quality problem. Shooting in different lighting and under different color of monitors may result pictures and in-kind goods have chromatic aberration. Items are prevailed as the real products.
6. The customers can change the products to the one with the same price or more. Please make up the difference we will not refund the balance to you.
The following conditions and exceptions are refused to return:
1. Any item that is not sold by Doglasses.
2. Any item that has obvious signs of use (except quality problems).
3. Any item with non-normal use and storage that led to quality problems.
4. Any item exceed the effective time of refunds and returns policy.
The Description of Product Quality
1.In the case of the proper use and effective return time, the situations that the bad solder point of the frame structure is shed, the painted layer on the outer surface of the frame is drop off or there are defects and the screws are slipped are regard as quality issues.
2. Lenses are fragile items. Please strictly follow the glasses maintenance manual to use the glasses. Because picking glasses with single hand or having man-made external pull, collision or dropping the glasses on the floor is very likely to lead to rupture or collapse of the lenses. These cases are not quality issues.
3. The tightness and tilt angle of each pair of glasses was with the repeated links and strict quality control standards in accordance with national optical standards when out of the warehouses. Due to the differences of the size of individual faces, wearing glasses habits and tightness requirements please have the adjustment to a professional optical shop and do not adjust the frame yourself without authority. If there are the sealing-off, fracture, paint stripping, lenses rupture or collapse and other man-made damages these cases are not quality problems.
4. On the effective time of return policy, if the surface of the lens is stripped this is a quality problem. (Stripping refers to the poor adhesion of the anti-reflective lens materials caused the coatings separation).
5. Using the glasses not in accordance with the maintenance manual caused improper use or in excess of the specified time of Shipping & Returns, these cases are regarded as impairment of improper use or the depreciation of normal use, not question of quality.
6. The Doglasses Professional Optician who is in the optical products processing, when unqualified product is found, on-site scrap will be implemented immediately. Dozens of product quality detect process have been committed to the glasses that are from Doglasses optical network to transfer to hands of users, strictly implementing the national 3C quality standards.
7. Glasses industry experts with many years of testing optical experience has shown that there will be adaptive phase of new glasses, it may last a short time, this was mainly due to long-term adaptation of your former glasses, for the frame of which could seriously deformed, and lens obscured enough to caused eyes vision-dependent, and the other reason is that it’s your first time to wear the glasses with aspherical lens, but please be assured that this was purely a normal phenomenon. In addition, the adaptive phase can be verified, generally within 1-7 days, due to a larger optical degree change, or eyes, poor adaptability, adaptive period of individual users may be extended slightly.
With regard to the above terms please read the glasses maintenance and instruction manual before use the glasses so that you can use our products better and ensure the long using time of products, thank you!
Refunds and Returns Flow
1. If you need to apply for orders refund or return, please be sure to go through the online customer service or e-mail to contact Doglasses customer service center first. Give the reasons for this refund (product quality problem, please provide the photo).
2. After customer service checked, we will e-mail you the address of refund.
3. Doglasses will refund you after we received and checked the goods.
Note
1. Items should be returned to the designated place in their original product packaging and accessories of Doglasses (including the case cloth and other accessories). You can reuse the packaging materials that were used by Doglasses. If there was collision sound in parcels or small items scattered in parcels, please be sure to put enough stuffing when send the goods. You must charge for the return shipping costs.
2. Customers should pay for the return shipping costs. In addition, please do not choose the way of cash on delivery. After we received and verified the goods we will provide the homologous service of refunds and returns police.
